Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate Cookies (Recipe kindly shared by a member of Oak Class- tried,  tested and tasted)

Recipe for cookies:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of unsalted butter melted

1/2 cup of granulated sugar

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1 egg

Chocolate chips 100g

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How we made the chocolate bowl, we blew up a balloon and covered it in chocolate

and put it in the fridge to set.

After it was firm we popped the balloon and it made a bowl shape with the chocolate.

Next we dipped the tips of the strawberries in chocolate and put them in the fridge to cook, then we placed them in the bowl.

We then squirted some cream in to the bowl.

We put the cookie dough that we made earlier in oven to cook.

We cooked the cookies last so they were still hot when we ate them. Finally, we put the cookies in the bowl and then served them for pudding.
