Get ready for next week’s recipe which is Elderflower Cordial. The trailway has a ready supply and you may have some growing in your garden.

IMPORTANT SAFETY! Always ask an adult to help you identify the correct plant as similar looking flowers are poisonous.

Remember to pick responsibly so you don’t damage the plant and leave some flowers for nature to enjoy too.
