Maths

This week we will be using our White Rose Maths daily lessons and learning resources.

https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/

  • Continue to practice your x tables daily with X RockStars and Espresso activities (upper KS2 maths) on x tables, factors, multiples and prime numbers.
  • Use the Maths Shed resources to remember your skills to multiply and divide decimals by 10,100 and 1000.
  • Work through the White Rose hub daily maths lessons for week 1 (ratio). There is a helpful video and a lesson for each day of the week and you will also find the answers on the site to check  your work. Then go onto the related Espresso maths activities – KS2 maths (upper) or explore maths activities to recall your previous learning.

Important: do not post anything on line yourselves and stay safe on the internet. Remember everything we have talked about especially now. It is important to remember that these safety rules apply now more than ever when we are using the intent to stay in touch with others. Always have adult supervision.

Extra related work you can complete –

Rising Stars Maths Book: Ratio work. Remember that the answers are in the back to check that your answers are correct. If you made mistakes go back and work through the question again.
