P.E

For our PE and Games during Lockdown 2.0, we will be trying to complete a range of challenges as part of the North Dorset School Games.

They are building the new challenges over this week and so I thought we should return to one from the first period of lockdown. Please feel free to pull in a family member or go solo and try and master these shuffle dances. You may not get them this week but feel free to drop back into them.

When you have recorded some, please share through the class email (don't make them too big). If you have a problem attaching them, then let me know through email and I will make a new plan.

If you just record your feet doing the moves then it will make it easy for us all to share and see your attempts. I have been practising all night and it really gets your heart going!

Download the file above and then click on the arrow for the 5 steps. Feel free to add your own soundtrack and backdrop.

Don't give up, start slow, use a rhyme to help you (cross, bend, toes out, toes in...).
