What is the biggest bubble you can make?

Is there a perfect recipe for making giant bubbles?

What is the science behind great bubble making?

Take a look at the video link and get researching and experimenting.     Bubble tutorial

Great ingredients – washing-up liquid, warm water, glycerine (This gives the bubbles strength as they get enormous and can be found in the cake section of the supermarket)

Now to design and make the perfect bubble wand. Sticks and string work well.

Can you make square bubbles?

Can you trap an object in a bubble?

SAFETY: Ask an adult for suitable ingredients. Be careful of  eyes when using soapy water and sticks.

If you can take a photo of your biggest bubble, we can share them on the website.

BBC Bitsize daily lessons will also have access to great science this week. Plus, take a look at Espresso KS2 science to explore the Science you are interested in.
