Dear Sycamore Class,

How are you all doing? I hope that you are feeling tip top and full of bee bop!

This week we will continue to find out more about The Romans. We are going to investigate their culture and their way of life. You might even be able to go on a 'School trip' to The Roman Town House in Dorchester: if you haven't been there before, it is well worth the visit! You can go on a virtual tour of the Roman Baths in Bath and why not pop over to the Colosseum on Google Earth? I did  - it was awesome! You can also view the Arch of Septimius Severus, The Arena of Nimes, Temples of Baalbek and many, many more fascinating places. So put on your toga, grab some grapes and off you go!

This is our final week following the Amazing Aliens unit so I am really looking forward to seeing your booklets advertising Zargon 10. Your wish stories were so impressive, I know that Mrs Hill really enjoyed reading them too!

Have another great week,

Miss Smith
